Material: caps and locknuts in nickel-plated brass, drainage net in A2 stainless steel, O-Ring in NBR.
Use temperature: -50°C / +110°C (caps), -50°C / +200°C (lock nuts)
IP protection: IP 4X.
Features: these innovative caps are used in applications where, due to specific environmental conditions, the formation of water vapor condensation is expected. They are equipped with a special stainless steel mesh that allows water to drain quickly, but which protects the electrical containers from insects and dust particles larger than 0.2 mm. It is advisable to place these caps in the lowest point of the container. For optimal drainage, and especially in the case of thin-walled containers, it is advisable to also purchase the specific partially slotted locknuts (see image).
