FORK INSULATED TERMINALS - "ELPRESS" SERIES -

Material: cable lugs in tinned copper (copper 99.95%) with polycarbonate (PC) or polyamide (PA) insulation (see table); polycarbonate and polyamide are halogen-free.
Color: the color of the insulation varies according to the section of the conductor to be combined (see table).
Use temperature: max +100°C (PC), max +90°C (PA)
Flammability: flame-retardant and self-extinguishing UL94-V2 (PC), flame-retardant and self-extinguishing UL94-V0 (PA).
Features: these cable lugs are made of copper and electrolytically tinned to offer the best possible protection against corrosion. During the manufacturing phase, the terminal collar is subjected to brazing and annealing treatments in order to allow perfect crimping at any point around the collar. To facilitate identification and/or inspection, the cable lugs are marked, where possible, with the maximum usable conductor section and with the metric size of the screw. The insulation has excellent deformation characteristics such as to prevent deterioration during the crimping operation and maintains its qualities unchanged even in the presence of high temperatures. Finally, the inside of the "EasyEntry" type cable lugs facilitates the insertion of the cable, eliminating the risk of bending the wires.
