SNAP-IN RUBBER, NEOPRENE, EPDM, PVC, TPE GROMMETS
Material: rubber, neoprene, EPDM, PVC "KLASSIC" series, PVC "PLIO" series, halogen-free TPE.
Color: black.
Use temperature: -30°C / +90°C (rubber), -30°C / +90°C (neoprene), -25°C / +100°C (EPDM), -25°C / +60°C (PVC "KLASSIC" series), -30°C / +70°C (PVC "PLIO" series), -50°C / +125°C (TPE halogen-free)
Flammability: UL94-HB flame retardant for "PLIO" series PVC and TPE, flame retardant and self-extinguishing for "KLASSIC" series PVC.
Features: RUBBER: these sleeved grommets have a medium resistance to mineral oils and water.
NEOPRENE AND EPDM: these grommets have good heat resistance, do not break at low temperatures, have good resistance to grease, petrol, organic solvents and ozone; they have a good resistance to oils and an excellent resistance to aging. They are endowed with extraordinary flexibility and good electrical properties.
PVC "PLIO" SERIES: these grommets have good resistance to low and high temperatures, good resistance to water, diluted acids, alkaline solutions, salts, ozone and UV rays; they have a fair resistance to ketones, mineral oils, gasoline, esters and excellent resistance to aging. They have great softness and excellent dielectric properties. The particularly accurate execution and the perfectly smooth and shiny surface offer the possibility to use our grommets on any equipment.
PVC "KLASSIC" SERIES: these grommets have good resistance to acids and mineral oils.
TPE: TPE is a thermoplastic elastomer with excellent characteristics. It is similar to rubber, but is generally used in place of PVC compared to which it is softer, more elastic and has greater resistance to low and high temperatures. TPE grommets have excellent resistance to low and high temperatures, have good resistance to water, ozone, atmospheric agents, acids, aqueous saline solutions, aliphatic and chlorinated solvents and detergents; they have a fair resistance to ketones, mineral oils and petrol and excellent resistance to aging. They are endowed with extreme flexibility and elasticity and good electrical properties. Furthermore, they do not contain halogens.
On request: for quantity, sleeved grommets in other colors and in silicone.
