PLASTIC FITTINGS WITH METAL CABLE GLAND IP 68/IP 69K (PG THREAD)
Material: fitting body in polyamide 6, internal gasket in TPE, body of the cable gland and thread in nickel-plated brass.
Color: black.
Use temperature: -50°C / +120°C
IP protection: IP 68, IP 69.
Flammability: flame retardant and self-extinguishing UL94-V0 (polyamide 6).
Regulations and Certifications: CE, VDE (EN/IEC 61386-23), DIN EN 45545-2 HL3, NFPA 130 (ASTM E162/E662, SMP 800-C), LLOYD’S REGISTER, c-UR-us (UL 1696 / CSA 22.2; file n. E86359, per le misure AD13-AD54,5), JRMA.
Features: they ensure perfect mechanical, tear-proof and anti-vibration resistance. They guarantee IP 68 and IP 69K protection for maximum pressurized water tightness. The integrated cable gland, with internal sealing rubber, allows a waterproof and tear-resistant cable locking. The metal thread gives the fittings maximum tightness when tightened whether they are mounted with the lock nut or mounted directly on the structure. The thread is internally coated in plastic to give maximum insulation to the cables. They are available with PG, Metric thread. Resistance to oils, gasoline and in particular to acids and solvents. They do not contain cadmium, silicone or halogens.
