PLASTIC FITTINGS WITH METAL THREAD IP 68/IP 69K (METRIC THREAD)

Material: body in polyamide 6, internal gasket in TPE, thread in nickel-plated brass.
Color: gray, black.
Use temperature: -40°C / +115°C
IP protection: IP 68 according to EN 60529/IEC 60529 specifications and IP 69K according to DIN 40050 T.9 specifications.
Flammability: flame retardant and self-extinguishing UL94-V0 (polyamide 6).
Regulations and Certifications: VDE (EN/IEC 61386-23), c-CSA-us (UL 1696, valid for measurements AD21.2 to AD54.5), DB (DIN 5510 2, S1), SNCF (NFF 16-101/102 , I3/F2), EN 45545-2 (HL 3), LLOYD'S REGISTER OF SHIPPING (suitability for use in naval and offshore applications).
Features: they ensure excellent mechanical, tear-proof and anti-vibration resistance. They guarantee IP 68 and IP 69K protection for maximum pressurized water tightness. The metal thread gives the fittings greater resistance to mechanical stress and maximum tightness when tightening both when they are mounted with the lock nut and when they are mounted directly on the structure. The thread is internally coated in plastic to give maximum insulation to the cables. They are available with PG, Metric thread. They are resistant to oils, petrol and in particular to acids and solvents. They do not contain cadmium, silicone or halogens.
